Everything families ask before booking care with Hoiwa.

What are Hoiwa Care Packages?

Hoiwa's own team arranges nurse visits, wound care, physiotherapy, nursing shifts and caregiver support at home. Choose a package and a Hoiwa nurse reviews your request and replies to you.

I need a nurse to visit at home. Which package fits?

For short tasks such as a medication check, choose a Standard Nursing Visit. An Advanced Nursing Visit covers several nursing tasks in one longer visit.

My loved one has a wound that needs care.

A single wound dressing visit suits a one-off need. For regular care, the five-visit package is better value.

My loved one is coming home from hospital.

Signature Recovery includes seven nurse follow-up visits. Home physiotherapy helps restore mobility.

We need a nurse for a full day or night.

A 12-hour shift is one continuous shift. 24-hour care is covered by two separate nurses — one nurse never works 24 hours.

What is the difference between a caregiver and a nurse?

A caregiver helps with daily living, companionship and moving around. For clinical procedures or medication, choose a registered nurse.

What does the price include?

Prices are base prices in RM. Extra procedures, consumables, medicines, equipment, travel and night or holiday surcharges are agreed with you in advance.

How do I order?

Choose a package, create an account, add the person who needs care and send your request. Hoiwa confirms timing and price with you.

How is health information protected?

Health information is stored encrypted and separately from account details. Only the assigned, verified professional can see it.

Can I choose a professional myself?

Yes. Besides Care Packages, you can browse independent Hoiwa-verified professionals and book the one you like.
